We configure and run AI communication tools for your business. We're not a licensed professional and don't give legal, medical, or financial advice. You're responsible for the accuracy of your business info and for your own industry compliance. You can cancel with 30 days' notice and export your data. Illinois law governs.

1. Service description

On The Line, LLC provides AI voice agent configuration, telephony integration, messaging (SMS/RCS), CRM integration, and automated reporting. The specifics of your deployment are defined in your service agreement.

2. What On The Line is not

On The Line is not a licensed professional and does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. The AI agent assists with communication and scheduling; it does not replace professional judgment.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current business information for agent configuration.
  • Comply with the regulations governing your own industry.
  • Maintain do-not-call (DNC) list hygiene for any outbound campaigns.

4. AI limitations

AI agents can make errors. You are responsible for quality-assurance review and for maintaining appropriate human escalation paths. Critical or high-risk interactions should always have a human fallback.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for deceptive purposes, or to violate the TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, or any other applicable law or regulation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, On The Line is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data will be made available for export within 14 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with exclusive jurisdiction in Cook County.

9. Dispute resolution

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration.
